Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine offers a four-and-a-half-year professional curriculum, completed in four calendar years with nine semesters of classes, leading to the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. Our integrated curriculum includes classroom and laboratory instruction in the first two years and early immersion in clinical rotations, followed by more-advanced classroom instruction and additional clinical rotations.
