Hotel Information

The Veterinary Expo will be held at the University Club (South End Zone) in Lane Stadium and will offer an opportunity to connect with current VMCVM DVM students. Anyone participating in the Veterinary Expo is invited to advertise available positions at their clinics or share additional information about their organizations. Booths will be provided for you to set up and for students to explore.

So, if you are looking to hire a student for a summer experience, associate position post-graduation, mentorship or perhaps you are an organization that wants to relay available opportunities for clerkships and more, sign up for the Veterinary Expo – you won’t want to miss the day’s activities!

When registering for the expo, please ensure that you are listing accurate information on available positions and who you are looking to recruit. Our students can view this information prior to the fair and use it to research opportunities.

Pricing: 

  • Gold: $900 (8 available)
    2 representatives, hallway booth with electrical access, logo on welcome signage, lunch and refreshments, invitation to attend Employer and Student Reception
  • Silver: $800 (4 available)
    2 representatives, hallway booth with no electrical access, logo on welcome signage, lunch and refreshments, invitation to attend Employer and Student Reception
  • Standard: $600 (60 available)
    2 representatives, booth with no electrical access, lunch and refreshments, invitation to attend Employer and Student Reception
  • Add-ons:
    Electrical access for standard booth: $100 (10 available)
    Additional representatives: $100
    Reception sponsor (logo displayed during reception, table with information, video introduction to students): $1,500

    2-3 p.m. - Employer Breakdown

Shipping Information:

  • Packages for the fair are being handled by Hollins Exposition Services. Hollins will send emails containing information about accessing your vendor account to purchase items, including freight handling. If you did not receive that information and you plan to ship items to the fair, please check your spam folder and/or contact Hollins directly at 540-362-3940. Packages CANNOT be shipped directly to the Virginia Tech campus.
