Tours and Information Sessions

Due to concerns surrounding the spread of the COVID-19 infection, all information sessions will be virtual until further notice.

VA-MD Vet Med's Office of Academic Affairs provides  information sessions for prospective students (high school seniors, undergraduates, post-graduates, and professionals) on specific dates each year. Information sessions begin promptly at the specified time and last approximately one hour.

To schedule a visit for our viritual information session, please click the link below titled  "Virtual Information Sessions." You will then be prompted to enter information. Please click "Visit" on the left side to choose the date and time for the information session you wish to attend.

      July 27, 2022, from 3–4 p.m. EST

      August 10, 2022, from 3-4 p.m. EST


PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accommodate walk-in requests. Our college is a secure-access facility, and self-guided tours are not allowed.

In a typical year, VA-MD Vet Med attends a number of local, regional, and national fairs during the fall and spring. This page will be updated with a list of events when in-person fairs resume. If you have questions, please contact the Office of Academic Affairs.


The Blacksburg campus of VA-MD Vet Med is located on the west side of the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, Virginia, about 38 miles southwest of Roanoke.
