FAFSA

In order to receive financial aid through Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, each student must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is available on January 1 prior to the upcoming aid year. The FAFSA must be submitted by VMCVM's priority deadline.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available through VMCVM's Office of Academic Affairs. Made possible by gifts from alumni and friends of the college, these scholarships are awarded based on a variety of eligibility requirements, such as merit, financial need, geographic area of residency, and area of clinical interest. Award recipients are selected by the college's Scholarships and Awards Committee after review of scholarship applications from professional students.
