Bio

 Hello, I am a first year from the coastal bay area.  I am stuck between tracking either Public Corporate or Mixed Animal. I am grateful for my ability and opportunity to be both a student and ambassador for VMCVM. With every class and lab I take here at VMCVM, I find a new part of vet medicine that seems like a shiny new toy.  At VMCVM I love how all of our professors seem as eager and intent on presenting the material as we, the students, are to digest and understand it.  I also love the accessibilty of whiteboards and screens around the college, because it is extremely useful when group studying.  Something I am especially fond of here at VMCVM, is how there are new learning experiences through clubs and such, presented to us often.  As someone who dreams of becoming a traveling veterinarian who can reach a wide range of patients, it is nice to have networking and growth opportunities  widely available.  It is exciting to be able to help introduce the college to prospective and new students and help make their transition a bit easier—even if that just means acting as a familiar face for someone to wave to in the hallway.  I hope this small introduction provides enough information on both me and the college to help show the sense of community we have here in addition to our strong learning environment.  Welcome and perhaps I will see you on a tour in the near future~
