Hi! My name is Kalenza Robinson. I'm from Atlanta, Georgia, and I am choosing the Public Corporate track.

I chose to come to Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine because it is renowned for its excellence in veterinary education and research. The school offers a comprehensive curriculum that prepares students to become competent and compassionate veterinarians.

One of the main reasons I chose this school is its state-of-the-art facilities and resources. The veterinary hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools and treatment options, providing students with hands-on experience in a real-world setting. This practical training will undoubtedly enhance my skills and make me a better veterinarian.

Moreover, the faculty at Virginia-Maryland CVM are experts in their respective fields. Their vast knowledge and experience will be invaluable in shaping my education. I am confident that learning from these distinguished professors will not only expand my understanding of veterinary medicine but also inspire me to excel in my studies.

Another factor that influenced my decision was the school's commitment to animal welfare and public health. Virginia-Maryland CVM actively participates in community outreach programs, providing free or low-cost veterinary services to underserved populations. This dedication aligns with my values of making a positive impact on society through veterinary medicine.

Lastly, the school's strong network of alumni was another compelling reason for choosing Virginia-Maryland CVM. The connections I can build during my time here will open doors for future career opportunities and collaborations.

In conclusion, Virginia-Maryland CVM offers an exceptional educational experience with its cutting-edge facilities, esteemed faculty, elite students, commitment to animal welfare, and extensive alumni network.
