Hannah Trebour

Bio

Hi! My name is Hannah Trebour and I am in the class of 2027. I am from Charlottesville Virginia. I graduated from JMU undergrad in May of 2023 where I majored in biology with a minor in pre-veterinary medicine. Here at VMCVM, I am tracking mixed animal. I love so many different aspects of the veterinary medicine field, but right now my interests include equine medicine, small animal emergency, and international vet med! 

I chose VMCVM because of our uniquely structured and integrated curriculum. I love that we have so much variety in our lectures, but that all the content interconnects! I also appreciate how clinical experiences are built into our curriculum early in the program with our spays second semester of second year and with starting clinical rotations the summer of our second year! 

Since starting at VMCVM, I have been positively impacted by many individuals within the school, whether they be upperclassman or professors, who genuinely wish to help me succeed and learn as much as possible in the program! Vet school is certainly not easy but I love all the support we get as students at VMCVM.
